FAQs
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy allow us to keep our camp and clinic numbers low while providing the best service possible for current/future camps and clinics.

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of the camp start date will result in a camp credit (does not include processing fee). All camp credits are valid for three years from the registered camp date and can be used at any of our camps. However, camp credits cannot be used for mini clinics.

Due to camp logistics and registration cut off, all cancellations within a week of the camp start date will not be issued a camp credit.

No refunds are given for any cancellations.

(As of 11/1/17)
